The HR Manager is responsible for leading the human resources function, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, and ensuring a positive, compliant, and high‑performance workplace culture. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR policy development, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational growth.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead recruitment efforts, workforce planning, and succession strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, manage conflict resolution, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, coaching programs, and leadership development initiatives.
• Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation structures and manage benefits programs to support employee engagement and retention.
• Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: Use data‑driven insights to measure HR effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Culture & Engagement: Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications to be successful in the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
• Highly knowledgeable with the Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
• Ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively across teams.
• Competence in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
