The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual materials including images, layouts, and various design assets based on the requests of stakeholders. The role plays a key part in supporting the company’s branding, communications, and marketing efforts by producing creative and consistent designs for both internal and external use.

This is a part-time, remote position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and produce visual materials.
  • Design and develop banners, posters, marketing materials, organizational charts, business cards, flipbooks/magazines, e-newsletters, presentation decks, Word document templates, and animated graphics.
  • Create designs, concepts, and layouts that align with company branding guidelines.
  • Attend meetings with to understand project requirements, scope, and specific needs.
  • Contribute creative concepts for print, video, and web content.
  • Continuously deepen knowledge of layout principles, design trends, and aesthetic concepts.
  • Provide production support and ensure accuracy and quality of all visual materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or any design-related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative arts, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, layouts, and graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in major design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite); knowledge of additional tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to follow complex written and oral instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
