We are currently looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources Team. The intern will primarily support our Recruitment and General HR functions while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Recruitment Team in sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain HR documents in SharePoint and other HR databases.
  • Review and verify employee records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements.
  • Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with data management and security protocols.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in BSBA Major in Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, or any related field; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop professionally in the field of Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
