We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure design and a proven track record of coordinating projects from concept through completion. This is an onsite role at our Subic Bay office and will require hands-on collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Engineering design of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Project coordination across internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and reports
• Providing technical guidance
• Managing project documentation and ensuring quality assurance throughout the design process
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
• Must be a licensed engineer
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering design
• Strong background in project coordination and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and recommend process improvements.

Work Location: Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales
